A problem with a leak occurred behind a wall. After notifying Leone Plumbing they were at my house within an hour to correct the problem. I will also add that there was no charge for the repair.

Andy and his team far exceeded our expectations. I just hired them to do my main bathroom. Can't wait to see the finished product. I highly recommend Leone plumbing and remodeling.

I logged onto Home Advisor at about 7:45AM..by 8AM I received a call about my sump pump. I explained what was going on, I was told that Leone Plumbing was located in the same town as where I live and that a person could be out on their first call. They were at my house at 8:45 and the problem was fixed by 9AM. This not only met my expectations but far exceeded them. I would highly recommend them.....very professional, very courteous, very knowledge, very experienced, everything cleaned before they left. The person that replaced the sump pump had over 25 years experience. Hiring a plumber is usually not a pleasant experience...I would hire them again.

On 4/10/17 I had scheduled a free estimate with Leone Plumbing and Heating due to water backing up in my basement floor drain every time there was a heavy rain. However, when they arrived, I was told that they wouldn't be able to give me an estimate for fixing the problem unless they performed a video camera line inspection of the drain which would cost $350, so I went ahead and had them do it and it was determined that the basement floor drain was completely blocked just outside of our walk-out basement. I was then given an estimate that seemed quite high for the job, so I decided to get a few more estimates from three other companies. After each of these companies came and performed this same service, to include the video camera line inspection of the drain, as part of their free estimate with no charge, and all three determined the location of the blockage to be in a spot that was a few feet away from Leone's location and inside of our home underneath the cement floor, I decided to call Andy Leone and question him concerning this. During our phone conversation, when I asked Andy why he charged $350 for a service that all of the other companies provided as part of their free estimate, he got upset and said that I agreed to the price before they did the work and that the equipment they used costs thousands of dollars for them to buy and that they need to recoup that money somehow. I also questioned him as to why the other companies all got a reading located multiple feet from where his workers told us and under our basement floor vs outside as his workers had said. I asked him to at least come back himself and check his workers results for accuracy due to these significant discrepancies, and told him that I felt I should be completely refunded if his company had provided me with inaccurate results. He became very rude, talking down to me and cutting me off by talking over me while I was speaking. He stated that these other companies didn't know what they were doing and went on to tell me that if he came back to check his workers results and they were wrong that he would give me a refund of the $350, but that if the results were right that he would charge me an additional $350 all over again for the service! At that point, I told him that I felt that he was being very unreasonable and unprofessional, and it wasn't until I mentioned contacting the BBB concerning this that he changed his tune and said that he would come back and check things himself without charging me. On 5/17, when Andy arrived to recheck things, not only did he struggle to get his readings (he had trouble getting the equipment started and then even got the camera stuck in the floor drain for over 30 minutes from trying to force it as far as he could), but still insisted that the pipe came outside of the walk-out basement foundation. I didn't really have a lot of faith in this and felt that there was strength in numbers in terms of the results that all three of the other compan

The rep was very pleasant and accommodating. The guy that showed up at my house was super polite and friendly. But it cost $150 to change out a simple part in the tank, and my toilet still clogs with every flush. Not happy that I will most likely be hiring a second plumber in the near future.

They charge to provide an estimate, but the charge is applied to the cost of the work.

I felt the price was more than I had expected for a straight forward job. The work was professional as was the person doing it, again I felt the price was too much.

I needed to get my Dads bathroom completely nuked and redone. ASAP! Andy was the first contractor that came out and I liked what he came up with. They made it super easy and compiled with all my wishes. Dave the installer couldn't have been better when it came to accommodating my Dad and any concerns I might have had. I didn't have time for multiple quotes so I am going to assume his price is well within reason. I'm Very satisfied.

Unfortunately, this vendor did not work out for me. When I first talked to them I was told that a trip charge was $65 and this would go towards any work they did. On coming here, they said that in order to do anything it would cost $130 inclusive of trip charge. They started the task and then said they needed a new faucet. I said I would go out and get one. They said they would come back tomorrow to put in the faucet and that would be an additional $130. I tried to reason with them saying that they had not fixed the problem today, so it dot seem right to charge me $130 twice. They were not willing to reconsider. Finally, I just decided to cut my losses, payed them $130 plus tax and said there was no need for anything else from them. I was very disappointed with their attitude and the hidden charges. I will not recommend them to anyone.

My plumbing problem was not major, it was just a loose pipe above the ceiling in my basement, he fixed it.

The cost of pipe inside, not top sump pump repair was high. they replaced 4 little pipes and charged 150.00 for about 20 minutes.

They had to do more piping than they expected to, so they bumped the price up a little. On the positive side, the technician sent a photo of the completed job to his boss, and a half hour later, there was a knock on my door, and the technician said, "I my boss looked at the photo, and saw that the check valve was in the wrong place." and he fixed it. This shows me that their attention to quality is top notch. The technician was pleasant, very professional and I would hire them again.

Snaking the outside drain basin did not solve the problem. Had to run a new drain outside of house onto lawn and plug tthe basin.
