My home in Silver Lake has some old bones and requires an attentive craftsperson who will look out for it's best interest in the long run. I feel we've found someone who will take care of our home as if it were his own. Though the project was to plaster a ceiling from some previous plumbing repair he has the skills to take care of other needs with constructive suggestions as the need arises like the electrical work to add a light fixture that was more economical to do while the demo allowed. Or an oak floor threshold to a door to the exterior of the house that needed replacing. He thinks on his feet, works efficiently and quickly. I am going to continue hiring him as the to-do list never ends on an older house.

Came on time and did a great job. There was a leaky toilet upstairs, which had damaged the ceiling in the dining room.

Leo is very conscientious and thorough. He and his crew came through for me when we had a leak in the drain in the ceiling. He handled all of the work, form removal of sodden drywall form the ceiling, subsequent replacement, and painting of the ceiling. He coordinated his work with the other service personnel such as the plumber and mold treatment folks, and made sure his folks ere there at the time needed. Leo was also very down to earth and played an integral part of the job together with his team. His estimates and subsequent price were realistic and consistent.

Leo was amazing! He was able to take on my project at short notice to help repair a crack ceiling in my powder room that resulted from a leak upstairs. He had excellent customer service and great quality of work. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again for any future projects.

Leo came to provide a quote quickly, completed the job the following day. His demeanor is very professional and so is his work. He shows up on time, does exactly the expected work with very high attention to details. We had our ceiling painted and there's a tricky portion where the pitched ceiling hits the stone fireplace and they didn't get a single drop of paint on the stone. The room looks great. I'm very happy with the quality.

I hired Leo to paint the master bedroom and bathroom. He also tiled the bathroom floor and did unexpected plumbing and electrical work as well as giving interior design suggestions. It's the second time I've hired him to remodel a bathroom. His work is excellent.

Leo called immediately and came to my house on the same day for as estimate. We had completed some foundation work in our house that caused extensive stress fractures throughout the entire living room. The thought of how much it would cost scared me. A contractor had estimated it would be in the thousands. Leo's quote was so reasonable I was skeptical the quality of work would match but he exceeded my expectations. He did an excellent, professional job. He even repaired a crack in our hallway that was not part of our estimate! (Thx Leo!) I would HIGHLY recommend Leo.

Leo painted our master bedroom and bath which also had high vaulted ceilings, quite a bit of preparation and needed to have the baseboards replaced as well. Leonel's work was exceptional in every way in that there was a lot of prep to do and several coats to properly cover the older paint. He was very thoughtful as to how to go about correcting prior mistakes and takes great pride in his work. Has the right tools and skill set to tackle and correct issues that are often ignored when it's "just" a painting project. We plan on using him again in the future.

Hired Leo for a small ceiling plaster repair that was fairly priced and was meticulously done. You could not tell there was a repair done even by looking closely. Takes great pride in his work. Quiet and steady worker.
