This company was great until they weren?t. In the beginning they were all about making sure everything that needed to be fixed after the sale was done in a timely matter. Then ICE came along & several of the Leo?s properties were raided. You guessed it. Many contractors were deported. My granite countertop is cracked, but he brought a different granite guy over to inspect the countertop and that man spoke nothing but Spanish and supposedly said the countertop is not cracked, but you can see a crack on both sides of the granite top and bottom. So yeah, they?re not gonna replace the granite. My garage door opening has boards that are severely cracked and they say ?oh that?s nothing to worry about because the boards are treated.? The boards are treated for insects not for wood, rot. They did come out and run about a 5 inch screw through the top board trying to pull the crack together but wound up running the screw outside of the board so now there?s another hole in that board. I've known them for a few years personally and they're great! I own a funeral home and rental hall and hired them to do work on both because of how satisfied I was on the first job they did for me. I appreciate how cost friendly they are and how well they communicate with their customers.
