"you were told when you came in with your deposit at the last minute that at that point we would move your furniture for free if your date wasn't available because the date you wanted at that time was already taken and you said it wasn't a big deal because you were coming from a house with two bedrooms into one with five so there wasn't that much furniture anyway.(my worker actually testified to this in court and you didn't dispute it) also you could have waited for your original selection but you choose to pick something else to speed the process up.. this was all settled in court and all the other stuff you're talking about is just a smoke screen because still to this date you have not paid your court ordered balance to us with interest and court fees. perhaps this is about not having the money to pay? we did a great job on your carpet and granite .we chose to return your tile deposit because every time we showed up to do the work your house was in a complete state of disarray as you were trying to oversee the job and should have gotten a general contractor who knew what he was doing. you claimed the cabinets were painted the week before we were there to install the granite yet the painter himself yelled at our crew when they put their tools down that he had just finished painting and the cabinets were still not fully dry and their shirts were sticking to the wet paint. i don't know what you expect us to apologize for ? i have to wonder if we did do your tile if we'd still be waiting to get paid for that too ?so now you're writing bad reviews 7 months after the job was done. makes me think this is in spite because you lost in court 2 weeks ago."
