Leos and OG Home Improvement - Ana Sayfa Facebook

Oscar Garcia is not a licensed contractor. Communication is terrible. The crew, although friendly, caused damage to an existing structure.

My deck was repaired to code and my new screened-in porch is beautiful!

Good workers and listens to clients needs

Great communication. Great job.

Due to COVID related shutdown, Leo's took long time to get approvals from the county for the deck design. But once it all started, our deck was completed well under 6 days. The team always arrived on time, cleaned up before ending work day, smart and professional.

Awesome workmanship, my porch colums look great.

Oscar and his team did a fine job replacing the deck.

They were very flexible about scheduling.

Oscar was great to communicate with and our new fence looks great! Very happy!

Keep us infomed of the work progress.

The two workmen did a super job replacing two posts that held up a landing on one of the deck stairs. The alignment of the replaced posts with the stairs' structure was as good as the original stairs structure. They did a good job of cleaning up the old posts and scrap pieces. The workmen should have used a tarp to cover the lawn when removing dirt from the area around the old post holes. Value - the over price for a labor only job (2 workmen) was probably 50% over-charged, based on the amount of time the workmen were on site and time taken to purchase the materials needed to complete the job

Oscar Garcia handled our job in a most professional manner. Prompt, skilled workers did deck repairs, put in a new walkway and bulkhead on our lake property. Did the entire job to perfection. Capable of handling any job! Highly recommend Leo & OG Home Improvement.

Good group of guys! Oscar s team did great work and helped with a last minute change to the steps. This team delivered a great value and good quality work. Our new deck looks fantastic!

*** Update on 07/25/2020 â The new roof was leaking in one spot over the back door. Oscar sent one of his men to fix the leak. He wasnâ t a roofer, and after he finished, there was a thunderstorm, and there was still a leak. I sent photos to Oscar. Then, he sent a professional roofer, who installed new shingles, counter flashing, etc. in the problem area (using professional roofing tools). I really appreciate the effort by Oscar, his men, and the roofer. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Review in 02/2020 -- The name of the company is no longer Leo Home Improvement. it is OG Home Improvement. I hired Oscar Garcia for the following two related jobs: 1. Replace old deck floor boards and deck bench boards with Trex Enhance Naturals composite materials (400 sq. ft); 2. Install 5 X 13 roof over the deck, above the sliding glass door. Oscar first walked through the project with me. I signed a contract and left a 50% deposit via credit card. The total project (from demo to clean-up) took a few days. The two men who installed the deck boards and roof did a great job, paying much attention to detail. The cost of this project was very reasonable. I paid the balance via personal check. I definitely recommend OG Home Improvement for your deck/porch project.

Have an open mind to a smaller company.

They were so nice to work around our schedule and flexilble with our needs. They did quality work and are such nice people! They had to move bricks from our patio to dig holes for our second story deck and they did such a great job configuring the bricks around the poles to make it look good when they were done. I did have to call to remind them of something they forgot, but they came right out to correct it. I would definitely use them again!

Great job with my deck repair and fixes related to replacement of the frames . Great value for money . Very diligent on timing and completing the job in time and within budget .

Though they always made it right, they sometimes needed to be reminded that it was agreed upon. However, they did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with their work.

Oscar and his team did a great job to replace the old deck boards with composite boards. I contacted about 5 pros for my project and Oscar was very prompt in responding and came to see the site and gave the quote right there. I took some time to decide as I had to get other quotes for comparison but Oscar s quote was the lowest. When I signed the contract, he also gave 5 percent discount. I was initially told that it will take 3 days but they finished the project in 2 days. I am very satisfied with the job and they cleaned the area before leaving. I will highly recommend Oscar and his team for any deck work.

Oscar and his crew was easy to work with. Replaced rotting deck post. Made cost savings recommendations for contracted work as well as maintenance.

They were concerned about how to accomplish the job technically and taking cost into account.

The contractor completed a deck rebuild with Trex in the time period promised and with good quality. They answered all questions and made sure that I was made of the best methods to keep the deck in good condition.

Great Job. Oscar was willing to modify project to my liking. He added a design to the new deck railings and painted to give the deck a fresh look. His team fixed the damage to the front porch and painted. Both jobs were completed on time. Price was reasonable and workmanship was of high quality.

Great job, great price. Job was done right on time and on exact estimated budget. Only thing was they didn't sweep the construction dust off the deck when they were done (very minor). Other than that their performance was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They didnâ t mine that my job was a small one. The job was started and completed sooner than expected. The after-job cleanup was perfect. I have a couple more projects and they will be my first choice.
