We hired them to put in a patio off our deck. - Deck was used as a trash can. Our cooler setting on the deck was used as an ash tray. They dumped the dirt in the street. They put gravel in the driveway where I park. When the patio was pored they left a tarp with excess concrete in the yard between the neighbor and us. When they used our water hose they left it out in the front yard. They left wheelbarrow turned upside down in front yard. When they had the concrete pored colored and stamped there was a section against the garage that was not finished or stamped and was left as rough poured a total of 28 feet by 4 inches wide. Even though job was not corrected or completed, they asked for final payment. The patio was never sealed and now has big cracks 1 of them is 26 foot. They will not return our phone calls... We have no choice now but to take legal action. We will think twice before using Home Advisor as this was our 1st experience and it has been a nightmare. Side note... the salesman they used was Ken Lamb. We did not get what he quoted and promised and he will also not return phone calls. We took photos for any legal action we may have to take. We are also prepared to notify all surrounding counties and municipalities where a license is needed to report sub standard work ethics by them.
