Showed up early for inspections, answered any questions, and showed us all the furnace and boiler stuff so we would know what was what. Also referred the septic guy and did all the contacting so they could go on the same day/time! Brian was great.

Brian is amazing. Very thorough and explains things so you can understand. No outrageous recommendations of work that should be done just common things that should be done yearly. Brian also offered to come back no charge as we were not able to test the stove, hot water heater and dryer due to propane tank being empty. Brian was a pleasure to work with and very reasonably priced. You would be crazy if you didn't hire him.
