"In the course of doing business, there are times something baffles me to the extent that I do not know how to respond without getting into my feelings and saying things that I MAY regret later. So, I say nothing...And this review is one of those moments. On January 20, 2021, I received a notification from Braiden Davis needing a roof repair. It was raining that day and when I called Braiden I asked if I could come right then, and I did so. The back portion of the home was leaking so badly that it literally looked like it was raining inside the house. In the rain, I got on the roof, tore into it, and found the cause of the leak. I did the necessary repair and it has not leaked again. It amazes me that his review is not about the work that I was hired to do and the weather conditions in which it was done, but rather on finding someone to blame for not having the home inspected by licensed professional Real Estate Inspector. I'm sure his embarrassment for not taking the responsible acts to know what he and his wife were purchasing is burdensome and it's much easier to blame someone else than it is to be a man and responsible husband and accept the fact that he made a poor choice in the largest investment a person makes in their lifetime.."
"It is disappointing that someone I went above the call of the agreed scope of work and for whom I lowered the agreed price gives me a bad review. But then I consider the FACT that I pulled my man off his job (not once, but twice) because the source of this review/complaint cares so little about his home and environment that he allows his raw sewage to dump on the ground under his prize double-wide...all I can say is, "oh well". When I alerted him about what was under his home thinking he was unaware, he replied "I know", yet did not say a word about this prior to me and my men starting the work...That is unacceptable! If anyone has any question."
