I would like to say that Bill Mitchell has called me almost about a month ago. It did take a while to get the dishwasher repaired, he did have to come out the second time to actually get it working right, after he replaced the part. Which if he communicated better with his clients, it would be a lot better. Because I waited for a phone call last night until 9:38pm last night, for him to tell me he wasn't going to be able to come last night. Since he had put me off already a few other days, he did fix the dishwasher, and it is working. And I did buy the maintenance plan on heating and cooling system with him. So I would recommend him to my friends and family. But he needs to keep his line of communication open with his clients.

Stay away. From not returning calls to mis-diagnosing issues, these guys never completed my oven repair, after taking half the money up front. Eventually after 5 weeks had to work with service magic to fire them and hired Tom Brehmer of Environment Heating & Cooling to finish the job. Now *that* is a great company. Will post separate review for them. Also, kudos to service magic. They worked with me sort out my issues with Lesco.
