I was told when I scheduled that to move a 2 bedroom apartment should take 2-3 hours. The truck was almost 2 hours late and the two men were so slow that I ended up paying for 6 hours. They still were not completely done but I made them leave at 9 pm and had family place furniture the next day. Their slowness was deliberate.

The person answering the phone was wonderful. She walked me through every room in my home and gave me an almost perfect quote that included mileage. The 2 man crew was timely and professional. I had one issue, but they called the owner immediately and it was taken care of. I would recommend them to fames day friends.

There was a problem with scheduling and time finish estimate. The move took 3 days longer than planned. Moving date pushed back due to a truck not starting. No discount offered. Left a message on their phone system regarding a question on charge. They never called back. I don't have enough experience with movers to know a "value for money". The workers were professional and courteous. They packed the items in boxes well, careful and very thorough. They made up for the lossed time and delay by bringing additional workers to complete project. The office manager was friendly.

I would like to Thank Chris and Steve for all they did. They asked what needed to be done and were able to do every thing in a timely manner. I wasn't sure about some things to be moved but they worked with me. If and when I need something else done I will surely call up on them and recommend them to anyone in need of assistance in moving.

Derrill and Lance were great ... efficient, worked well together, fast, pleasant, and thorough. Courtney at their office was always quick to reach out and respond to any questions and inventory changes. The reason behind the missing half point is that one of the very tall loads on a handtruck toppled over and thankfully the items in those boxes were less susceptible to breakage... we will see when we unpack if any damage occurred. This is the 1st phase of a 2-phase move, and i look forward to having this team help us finish the move at the end of the month.
