Chris did a wonderful job power-washing our pool screen enclosure. He was prompt, professional and pleasant. Really made sure he completed the job perfectly, checking and rechecking that there was no more mold left! Will definitely use his services again, when we need recleaning. Highly recommend!

Bottom line up front, great job, great price, and I will definitely call again the next time I need power-washing. I started to do the job myself. Lots of the nasty green mildew we get around here on the shady areas of the house. It took me hours, and then I realized I didn't have the equipment to do our 2nd story safely. Trying to do the wash the gutters and under the eaves was ineffective and all I was doing was getting wet. That is when I started shopping around. I called Let it Shine because of the good reviews on this site and he seemed to be a local small business. He was hesitant to come out because I was asking him to do a partial job (I had already done the lower level) and he needs enough of a return on investment to make it worth his while relative to his cost of doing business. He was very pleasant about it and I was able to convince him to come out anyway. Chris was very personable and professional when he showed up, and I asked him to do a few extra parts other than the upper story to make it worth his while. He was very quick and the work was amazing! It's like having a new house. The price was extremely fair, and next time I will just hire him do the whole house and probably the concrete as well. I highly recommend Chris and Let it Shine for your power washing needs.
