"I have been working on this project in person this customer has caused us nothing but problems from the beginning I have also had constant contact with this customer her project is 80 percent complete evan though she has caused issues with most of people on our crew we still have been giving it our best effort to complete her project and I refuse to rush through any project that I work on funny thing is last time I was on her job she was ecstatic about our craftsmanship in our work and were in agreement on how this project needed to continue and our company has no hard feelings and our only concern is to complete this project in a timely matter and move on to the next one so we can continue to help the people in our area with all their needs if anyone has questions about any of my reviews feel free to contact me."

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Stephen and his crew did a re-roofing project for me. Last fall I decided to have the original cedar shake roof removed (installed in 1999) and put on architectural shingles. Another roofing company bid and completed the easy part of the job last fall but then did not answer my calls, direct messages and Facebook messages when I tried to schedule completion of the rest of the roof. So, I contacted Stephen of Let's Build Oregon. Stephen was always very prompt to answer my phone calls and showed up that first day for the estimate. The job was completed to my satisfaction, on time and on budget. That last part is a big deal because the job that they completed was the hardest part of a roof (all the small regions with many cuts and lots of opportunity for water to leak). I would recommend Let's Build Oregon for your roofing needs. Thanks Stephen Mitson.

Initially I gave this a very good review. However, several months after he finished the bathtub installation I have had 2 leaks in that area. This has caused substantial damage to the floor, subfloor, and insulation in the floor. According to the company that is doing the mitigation and repair there were 2 problems with the work that was done. 1. The pipe attaching the shower had not been taped. 2. The bathtub had not been bolted, most likely causing a problem with the drain. These repairs are costing me $1,000, possibly more as I am waiting for the final word from my insurance.

Steve and his crew do agreat job. He is honest, thorough. My project had some challenges but Steve is a problem solver and managed all of them. He does amazing work. I couldnt be happier. I recommend them for any job from roofing, decks, remodel, flooring, trim, etc.
