"This is the customer that flat out lied to me and said she paid Walmart $150 for labor and they will pay that to us. Of corse we worked fast it was very very cold. I told her we would have her lights up by Monday. I pushed her ahead because she had never had outside lights. I furnished all the clips, screws, timer that you could control from your phone and extension cords. It was a 80 minute drive one way, the address was wrong so yes we got there late but bad address didn?t help. They paid $155 and balance was to come from Walmart. No one knew anything about this. 2 people 6.5 hours each with drive time plus $57. For material , take your gas, ware and tear on car, business insurance, advertising and office expenses and pay your help left me with about $85. For my wage. We worked hard and frooze for 3.5 hours. We dressed plenty warm but the weather changed and became even colder. I went more then the extra mile to make sure they had there lights only to be told we didn?t do enough work to charge that kind of money. I?m sorry but they ruined my Christmas really fast. I?m collecting half up front and a signed contract because I?m raising my grandkids and can?t afford to work for nothing. I have had zero complaints about my prices and my clients are keeping myself and 3 employees busy so that say a lot about us. Our customers are very important to us and were there to help them with anything ( except clean the barn??) a happy Clinit makes for a great job. Mary"
