Level Engineering and Inspections

LEVEL Engineering & Inspection

At LEVEL Engineering, we are committed to common sense, real-world engineering solutions. We started LEVEL because, after years in the building industry (Civil, Structural, Home Building, etc) we continued to see something missing in our industry that cost homeowners untold stress and frustration, contractors lost time and money and realtors and lenders left unable to satisfy their client's needs. We decided to do something about it, and then - LEVEL Engineering was founded. We serve your interests and provide knowledgeable, expert inspection, analysis, recommendation and reporting. So whether your need is for permitting, forensics, new or repair engineering designs; or just for your peace of mind - let us help you navigate your structural engineering projects.

The head engineer visited my 127 year-old home and carefully recorded its current state, evaluated the strength the structure, and made recommendations. I have full confidence in his assessment.

Level engineering helped with my commercial church project. we had to install a steel stairway. They approved some drawings for me and produced some calculations. We had a some issues along the way, but I'm giving them 5 stars because I wasn't just ignored and the owner himself called me, and made things right.

Quick to set up appointment as well as answer my emails. Knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Was surprised at the cost, however, well worth it.

Quick to call us and book for the evaluation. Very knowledgeable and just what we needed for our project. I have no experience in this area, so I was a little shocked at the price at first but know that it’s based on the time spent by the engineer drawing up the plans and worth it to do the job right.

Scott seemed thorough in his inspection of our home and inspired confidence in us that he knows what he’s talking about. He connected us with a trusted GC immediately following his visit. For the price we paid for an initial visit, I would have liked some written notes from his assessment rather than to receive everything just verbally, but I think their estimate indicates upfront to expect that.
