Patio was built, but when Texas Windstorm Insurance requested the certification for the patio roof we were unable to provide as the contractor never got the patio inspected. At that time we found out that the contractor had not pulled the appropriate permits for the patio roof to be added on. The inspector could not certify the patio roof because the drop on the patio roof was not appropriate. We are now having to hire another contractor to fix the patio roof to be in compliance with city code and TWIA.

They sent a comprehensive quote and called to verify project requirements, materials, crew size and man hours. The project start completion exceeded my expectations. I'm delighted with the results.

Everything went smoothly had them put in a new fence. Everything came out look really good. They did a really good job and even cleaned up when they were done. Very professional and will be keeping their number for future projects

Adrian Diaz did and EXCELLENT job at my home! He did a variety of projects. Installed a ceiling fan, replaced my bathroom plumbing which included re-doing tile work, and installed a ceiling in a closet that was open to the attic. Everything was done with care and the highest quality work. He did an outstanding job! I also appreciate that he provided very good communication and updates on everything. He is very conscientious and considerate! I would definitely hire him again!!

Do not hire these yokels. Against my better judgment, I did and now am sorry. I have hired them in the past and their work was great, but the owner Adrian Diaz was a pain that grated on my last nerve. This time was no different, he does not do any work himself, but stands around flapping his jaws about nothing. They worked for two days, did not finish the job and just did not show up again. I am glad I did not pay all that they wanted, because I had to hire someone else to finish the job. Also, he bought two countertops for my bathrooms and they are for kitchens. The tag on one of them clearly says it is for a kitchen and they installed it in the bathroom. They absconded with one of them that I paid for. I repeat, do not hire this company!

Adrian and Joe were fortunately available with short notice to weatherstrip our front door, for these 2 professionals a quick job. Our front door had allowed water in the house during a recent storm with winds coming from the west; we had investigated adding a storm door (not waterproof and subject to rust over time) and roof repairs (over budget due to size and changes in building codes). Adrian called almost immediately after my posting on Home Advisor on Sunday and the job was done on Monday. Now I am ready for the forecast rain.
