Level Square Plumb, LLC, was wonderful to work with! From start to finish, Alan kept our best interest in mind and let us know any snags that came along the way and was more than willing to give solutions for them all. Level Square Plumb, LLC, is a no frills type of company, which was right up our alley. It is a company that straight shoots you with pricing – ensuring that there is no overpricing for the service you receive. You get exactly what you pay for – literally. Alan gives you a checklist of the things you need to provide for him, to include tile, toilets, vanity, etc., and he will install it any way you want. He will provide structural materials, and you provide the cosmetics. He is a very pleasant gentleman, and I look forward to having him remodel other parts of my house in the future. Overall Pros and Cons: The Pros 1. Completely up front with the service you get. No more no less. If more, he will let you know up front. 2. He sources all specialty work that will need to be done. For example, I needed plumbing done so he has his own plumber that is very reasonably priced compared to competitors. He even hast he price of electricians and plumbers in his original quote. 3. He is trustworthy – I had no issue leaving him in my house alone. He lets you know exactly when he will be there and when he leaves. 4. Having done this for 20+ years, Alan was very efficient and did not waste any time with the project. It took him 5 days to completely remodel our bathroom. The Cons 1. They do not offer decorative tips – however he did offer his wife to help with the decorative portion if needed.

Alan repaired many large cracks in my walls and painted my downstairs and two bedrooms. Both Alan and his worker were a pleasure to work with. He returns calls quickly and arrives on time. The rooms look beautiful and you would never know where the cracks were. He even repaired a few things that were not part of the job. I would highly recommend him and he will definitely be my first call when I am ready for my next home project.

Please note that I rarely spend my time rating anyone. But Alan really did a great job on my main bathroom. I am somewhat picky, but Alan went above and beyond to address my concerns. He was on time, worked very hard, got the job done within a short time period and for less than other quotes I received. He will certainly be asked to return when I'm ready to remodel my master bathroom.

Wow! Alan was great to work with from start to finish! My initial call was promptly returned, the estimate was fair, he came on time for our scheduled appointment and took great care in keeping the mess to a minimum and to top it all off, did a GREAT job! He repaired and painted damaged drywall and did such a seamless job that the repair is invisible. Thanks Alan!

Alan was great and the work looks amazing. Our old bathroom was in horrendous shape, and now it's luxurious. People say that it looks like a high-end hotel bath now. He stripped it down to the studs, renovated the wiring/fixtures, plumbing and moved a closet to make it a more useful space. The tile work, vanity install and all of the trim looks perfect. We also had a very short timeline to work with and he did a great job of staying on schedule. He kept us up to date on any changes/issues and was always reachable. Any punch work was addressed quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend Alan and Level Square Plumb.

We highly recommend Alan Russ and Level Square Plum for any renovations you need. We researched before starting the project and met with 6 contractors. Alan's bid was the 2nd lowest. We reviewed the photos of the work he had done and we decided to hire him. He was courteous, prompt and accurate with costs. He explained the entire process to us up front, explained his fee schedule and made everything clear. Jeffrey Kagan & Joel Pascua Old Bridge, NJ His work is excellent. We remodeled our master bathroom. He removed two small windows for us and added a new large one. He installed the tiles, the vanity, and reframed the door (which had been crooked from age). He worked in tandem with an electrician and a plumber (both who were hired separately by us), and they all worked together to time everything right, including township inspections. We love our new bathroom and have no regrets. Excellent choice for anything you need!

Just a few days before we were scheduled to move out of state the storm door refused to open. Before total panic set in, I went to homeadvisor.com, plugged in the information for the project. This was around 5 a.m. At 7 a.m., Alan called, said he could be out by noon. Whew! Well, he came early, assessed the problem and unfortunately we had to replace the storm door. Alan went with my husband to buy the door, installed it, took away the old door and did an EXCELLENT job. Plus, he was pleasant and professional. If we were staying in the area I would use him again and again. Since we aren't, I will recommend him to all my local friends.

Completed my painting project on-time and per schedule and did a wonderful job. Hired them again to paint my Mom's house which was up for sale and we started getting offers. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality and reliable work.

Best contractor we have worked with. Excellent work, went out of his way to make the job perfect. Extremely accommodating and patient while we waited for Lowe's to send us our floor and doors. Highly recommend and we are going to have him redo our bathroom next.

The entire experience from initially contacting Alan to hiring and having the work completed was excellent. The work was done at a home in an area near the town of Alan's business. Alan is courteous, responsive, punctual, and friendly and willing to discuss alternatives. I found Alan's rates were competitive and his evaluation was spot on with others I had evaluated prior to hiring him. He kept in touch even when I was busy and couldn't follow-up for a few days. Once I decided to hire him I was mildly surprised at not getting an immediate response. He was on vacation and responded immediately on his return. (I don't leave vacation messages either and run the risk having my house targeted for theft.) Alan arrived promptly and finished the work well ahead of schedule and cleaned up the work area. I liked the systematic way he went about his work. I would gladly hire Alan again and recommend him to others.

Alan is a master in crown molding. I have been a homeowner for more than 30 years and remodel about every 3 to 5 years and this man is a master. He painted, fixed holes in the walls of a room put molding around the doors floor and ceiling had to removed 13 shelves and replaced them, The room was move in ready when he was finished. Beautiful work. Most of the time you have to spend hours cleaning up after the carpenter, not Alan the room was clean and ready to use. His prices were very fair. Can't wait to use him again.

Alan and his helper did a topnotch powder room remodel for me. He laid a tile floor, painted the walls and installed all new baseboard trim, etc. The room looks beautiful! Alan was courteous, professional, neat ,punctual and a good communicator. A quality job for a good price. I'm happy to have found him and would definitely use him again.
