used plaster and some joint compound to **fix** old water stains on the ceiling in LR and DR. Miss-communication because for $350 thought he was going to do entire ceiling to even out but just the 2 spots of stains (which I went behind him and used stain kilz after because the yellow stains bled thru a little). Was packing up to leave when I noticed he did a test patch on DR ceiling and was like the paper will get wet. So charge me for a job and do not complete it. I felt if I had not said still complete it he would have finished packing up and asked for the balance and leave. But again I said maybe it's just this and I really wanted the tiling job done so was willing to try again. He was courteous and professional in person. Well maybe a week later I sent a text to get an estimate on tiling the entire kitchen floor and replied OK then ignored follow-up text so I hired a licensed contractor to rip up and re-do floors. Will stick with my new guy. And the patch job he did? I ended up doing myself cleaner and neater in my bathroom ceiling that my husband and friends said I should have done the 1st job myself. Even referred him to my sister but sent her my contractor instead.

"It is amazing how people will give you a review they themselves do not understand what they ask to get done. But they will switch upon you in an instant. This person asks me to only patch the cracks in her ceiling not doing the entire ceiling that is why I only charge her $350. To patch an entire ceiling both the living and dining room will cost way more money than what I charge her. After the work was finish she recommended her sister to me so if at that point you were not satisfied with the work you should have said something to me and you would not have mentioned me to your sister."

The job was incomplete but he took my money. He promised to come back the next day he never showed. I had to pay another guy to come out and finish the job. He left hand prints all over the walls the job he started was not good work. I trusted him. Do not trust this guy.

"It?s unfortunate how people think, Monika originality call me stating that she need to install 6 security cameras in here mom home. She told me that she is coming from Michigan for only one day. She bought the camera from Amazon I install all six cameras to perfection including hiding the wires in tracks. She didn?t even have a television to connect the video to, she went out the next day and buy the Television and I came back that evening to connect the television she then stated that she wants the cameras remove and install Ring cameras. Keep in mind that she came for one day and I did a full day of work she didn?t have the television the d"
