I have used Level Up for several foundation repairs and they have been great. They always shoot you straight, not trying to increase the bill with unnecessary work. They also built a couple large decks for me and they look really good. Good with communication as well, which can be tough to find with contractors. I recommend them to everyone I can.

I was impressed that the project manager called me every afternoon before they left the site to give me an overview. They showed up everyday and it seemed every person on the project worked--no standing around leaning on a shovel. They cleaned up before they left the project too. I'm happy.

I just had my deck replaced by Level Up and I am very pleased. I had one issue with the deck, but as soon as I let them know they were quick to fix it without any issues. The project was also reasonably priced. I would definitely hire Level Up in the future.

Brandon and Johnna were AMAZING! Where do I begin? Ok so when we were first vetting companies, it really bummed us out that another company was trying to bag on Level-Up in particular for no reason. I just can't stand when someone attempts to stand taller by making others look small. Anyway, we appreciated Johnna checking back to see if we made a selection. Brandon even came back out, remeasured, and assured that we would not have to move our (very old) ac compressor After dealing with the bad-acting company, we pulled the trigger on Level-Up and we could be happier. They were able to get us in and even did some work during the holiday week... IN THE SNOW! We had a waste pipe for our washing machine, near the door that had no issue we knew of but it may have been damaged in the foundation replacement. Either way, their crew had no issue in replacing and securing the pipe for the re-pour. When we reconnected the machine, suddenly, the pipe no longer drained properly. Thinking possibly there may be some debris in there from the install, I did my best to snake the line. Having no luck, I contacted Level-Up and they came out and worked as long as it took to clear the line, even going as far as breaking up the concrete, clearing the line, resetting the pipe, and re-pouring the concrete. Our foundation is nice and SOLID thanks to Level-Up!!! We had a basement door that was unable to lock/open due to the home's weight shifting in its direction. Thanks to these guys I can let my puppies outside through the walkout once again!!! You guys are the BEST!!!

The whole team was great! From office to onsite. My dog is so happy to have a yard he can run in now with this amazing fence!

I am glad that I went with Level Up for my foundation repair. When I called Level Up I spoke with Johnna, and she set me up an appointment with Brandon who came out that afternoon. Brandon explained what the problem was and what they would do to fix it. (Pier system and level) I called the next day to have Level Up do the repairs and they scheduled me for the following week and informed me it would take 3 days to complete. TJ and his crew showed up on Wednesday to perform the work. TJ's crew did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. They also completed the job Friday as scheduled.

They did an AMAZING job on our deck! Worked with us on every detail, accommodated all the request and changes to the original quote and handled the permit application which was a huge help! The crew is very friendly and hard working. We love our deck and would definitely hire them again! Thank you Level up!!
