We were very satisfied working with Level Up. They started out strong, contacting us and completing an estimate in a timely manner. The crew of 4 (Tyler, Zach, Junior and Anthony - the JSM) arrived on time as scheduled, were very polite, organized, focused, and worked very efficiently. The stain material was new to them, so they listened and took our advice on how to apply the material. All the scraping and priming was completed in one day. They then spent two days completing the finish coat. Each day they cleaned up - placing ladders and equipment in a designated area. The house looks great and not a spot of stain on our new deck! Thanks for the great job.

The Level Up team did an outstanding job priming and painting the exterior of our Historic Commercial Building. They were highly professional, exceptionally responsive, and very customer focused. This project was complicated, but the team worked through several challenges and they finished the project on schedule. They were outstanding in every way, and I would highly recommend them to any commercial or residential customer looking to work with a top notch painting company.

I hired Level Up Painting to take care of my moms house. I initially spoke with Clyde, who gave me an estimate and who explained the different options. Awesome communication and customer service. I was informed when the project was scheduled by email. One week before the project, I was notified of the timeline. When the project began, I was given the name of the team leader, Dave. Exceptional customer service. Dave kept my brother and I informed of what was needed. I highly, highly recommend Level Up Painting. My moms house looks beautiful now. It really needed to be painted. The owner of the company visited our home and tour the exterior with my husband. A prompt and thorough estimate was provided to us. The start date was communicated with us and the crew that came to do the work was excellent. The guys worked well together, were prompt, friendly and focused workers. They cleaned up everyday and kept me apprised of their progress and schedule. I plan on having them back for some interior painting in the future.

We contracted with them to power wash our home and they never followed thru with completing the project. After signing the contract back on 4/18, the estimator, Jeff Reyes, nor the company ever contacted us to complete the work. When I contacted Jeff about the project, again there was no follow-up to my inquiry. Very willing to collect the deposit but not so willing to complete the work. We also considered them for some interior painting and I am glad we opted not to use them. I would stay away from this company!

Covid-19 occurred during this time and delayed our production along with poor weather in early May, and we apologize that we did not communicate that clearly for you. We did have you in the schedule to be completed on June 1st, and you spoke with Jeff cancelling on May 28th. We have mailed your deposit back to you on May 29th. If you change your mind, we would be happy to complete the work as we are back up in full production."

we hired level up to paint our house and I cannot stress enough how professional and what a great job they did they were on top of it and they showed up when they said they were going to they were done when they said they were going to be done they completely cleaned up after themselves they did a phenomenal job painting the house they pointed out things that I didn't think of that you know should have been done so that things match and stuff they were just the up most professional people I have ever hired and I would highly highly recommend them to anybody that's thinking about having any painting done I plan on having them come back in the fall because they also do interior painting and I have some rooms that I want to get painted so and I we have no no problems hiring them back they were very professional very good

Well, I was so disappointed with their work. I have a black roof they spilled paint on it a try to cover it up by painting it black. Well, that cost me $250 to fix plus they never said anything about the spill. They broke one of my gutters never said they broke it. Broke a thing on my window never told us they did it. Very very disappointed.

As it doesn?t fix what was done, your project was completed in early summer of 2018, and we have since learned and evolved so your experience doesn't repeat. Great team. Stripped wallpaper from bathroom & painted living room bedroom, bathroom, hall, front entrance foyer (20 foot ceiling), stairs - including walls, ceilings, closets and trim work in less than 4 days while I was working from home with 2 small dogs. Also worked around the electrician. Friendly, clean and efficient. Will definitely call again when I need more work done.

They painted the exterior of our home, and painted twenty three interior doors ( which were birch doors with a high gloss poly finish--no east task!) Their price was reasonable, and the work was A+. It was a very involved job to properly paint and rehang those pain-in-the neck interior doors, but Jacob himself came out to make sure the job was done right. We sold our house for $10,000 over asking price, and their expertise was a major factor! You may find some guy with a ladder who will charge a few $$'s less, but you might regret that decision, as I have in the past!
