The work crew, Vincent, John, and Sean were professional and very friendly to work with. It rained 15 straight days while the work was being done. So, there was a lot of stopping. Finally, the job was completed September 8, 2020. It was started on August 6, 2020. They had to come back to put another coat of stain in spots, a piece of rotten wood was missed (needed to be replaced) paint 2 sides of my shed (attached to house on the patio). The paint was removed during pressure washing. It was a lot!!! The removal of the old stain was awful because it got on everything, glass sliding door, gutters, patio furniture, and walls. They need to fine-tune the process of preparation for the job. The price was fair considering the work performed. I am just glad to put closure to this project. Now, I can finally put my patio back together and enjoy it during the fall. The summer was a complete washout!!!

Do not hire. Left me with expensive remediation effort. Lied about completing part of the work. Hired to repair fascia/soffit behind 3 gutters, remove the aging patio fence, remove the aging vegetable garden fence. Workers were instructed to ask questions at any time during work; I was just inside the house and readily available. The patio fence came down without incident. Removing the vegetable garden fence also involved removing underbrush that had overgrown the fence. There was also a line of small trees providing privacy between the garden fence and neighboring property. Workers were instructed to remove only as much underbrush as was needed to get at the garden fence, but to leave the trees along the property line intact. Went out after a while to check on progress. Workers had almost clear-cut the area, removing all but a few saplings. When I remarked that they had cut all the trees, one worker indicated something to the effect of it looking better, then proceeded to begin to cut another tree. I told him not to cut it, he looked at me, looked back at the tree, and cut it down anyway. I said that I had just said not to cut that, and he replied that it was growing at a funny angle. I will now need to pay to have trees planted along the property line to restore what these workers removed against express instructions not to do so. Repairing fascia/soffit proved to be a challenge for workers. Granted, the pieces being replaced were soggy, and a few pieces of the eave frame also needed to be replaced, but this was the whole reason for this task. Took 1.5 days. I noticed after they were finished and gone that one of the gutters was not completely attached to the fascia, with about a 1/2-inch gap between. Contacted them, they came back to repair. Upon arrival, they revealed they had dropped/lost the tool they were using to attach the gutter, which I conclude is why they said they were finished (which was not true) and left without completely attaching it. I had my own tool they used to complete the work. Both fences: 1 day. Fascia / soffit: 1.5 days. Finishing gutter: 1 hour. Total presence on site: 3 days. They also left a large amount of debris in all work areas that I had to clean up myself. Contacted the owner to discuss. He never called back. Would not hire again. Proceed at your own risk.

Great person to work with, fair and honest

Working with Vincent was great. He built a custom cabinet box for a drop in dishwasher, changed out a PRV and cut out the countertop to install a free standing oven. He has good attention to detail and shows up on time. A+

He is a nice guy but I don't think he was qualified to do what he was hired to do.

Vinny Malta has done several services for us. He installed a kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal , he has also done pressure washing. He has always done a great job and was very professional and polite.
