Very good work and great job

I worked with this group to build a new fence. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, were responsive and thoughtful when I had questions and completed the project quicker than expected. Their work was thorough and the fence looks great. Their team was respectful and kind when doing their work. Overall had a great experience and would work with them again.

I hired Level & Plumb to work on interior and exterior projects last summer. My new house had some issues identified during prepurchase inspection. James came by to look at everything and help me prioritize. I really appreciate the way James listened to my concerns and took them seriously. Once I chose the projects to do, he sent me information about the other projects, to help make it easier if and when I decide to do those. I really felt like he listened to me. He and Tristan did the work quickly, on schedule, better than I could have expected. Recently I found myself showing off some of the structural work. I'm proud to have what they built, and I would recommend James and Tristan to a friend in a heartbeat!

James and Tristen were wonderful. They took my vague plan for a solid gate and made it work. The finished product was far above my expectations.

I cannot recommend this construction company enough! After a disastrous bathroom remodel by another company, I was left frustrated and disappointed, especially since I needed a handicap-accessible bathroom for my daughter. From the moment James, the owner, stepped in, I felt reassured. He was incredibly professional, kind, and understanding of my concerns, which meant a lot given my previous experience. Tristan and Travis, the employees who handled the renovation, were absolutely fantastic. They were always on time, which I truly appreciated, and they treated my daughter with such kindness and patience—she’s in a wheelchair, and they made her feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process. I recently hired Level And Plumb Construction to create custom banquette seating for my 1940 home's small kitchen nook, and I'm beyond thrilled with the result! I wanted a space to fit a full dining table for holiday gatherings with my kids, but the area was too small for even a small kitchen table. James Yunker and his business partner/lead carpenter, Tristan, suggested an L-shaped floating bench design using live-edge Douglas Fir slabs with a slight angled back, left unstained for a natural look. The craftsmanship is stunning, and it perfectly complements my vision for a cozy, country-style dining area with a full dining table and chairs. They worked diligently, kept the workspace so clean, and were a pleasure to collaborate with. I can't wait to decorate the space with curtains and wallpaper! I highly recommend Level and Plumb Construction for their creativity, vision, and professionalism! I plan on posting a photo of the finished space.

We had to do extensive external repairs to our house including decks, beams/barge rafters, porch railing, siding, exterior trim, and deteriorated ceiling of the garage entry. James, the owner of Level + Plumb Construction, made a thorough evaluation of all the structures needing repairs, suggested several options and helped with choosing materials, including hardie siding and trim. James was able to provide subcontractors in timely manner for painting and gutter installation. During construction he kept us updated with photos and description of the work in progress when we were on vacation. All in all James exceeded our expectations in professionalism, reliability and integrity. We will entrust James with all our future projects if need be.

I highly recommend James of Level & Plumb Construction. I come from a family of tradesmen, so I know the amount of time spent preparing for a job directly relates to the quality of the final product. James met with me several times prior to starting work on my project and visited the job site several times before work commenced. He introduced me to the subcontractors on the project and walked around the job site with the both of us to ensure we understood and agreed to the scope of the project. His bid was thorough and well thought out. The work was completed in the time frame he outlined and too was of the quality I expected. James is a thoughtful, considerate, and organized contractor. It doesn’t get any better.

So happy to have had this company work on our home. We’ve worked with many contractors over the years and I was very impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, communication, and quality of the work. The crew is so kind and very thoughtful with their attention to detail and the cleanup afterward. Would definitely work with them again and recommend them!

James did a great job repairing my bathroom floor. It was a complicated repair that was difficult to figure out how to approach so everything would go back together just like it was before the damage occurred. He came in with a fair price and did the work in minimum time. I'm very pleased with the work, and I would recommend him for other similar jobs. I hope to use him again on another project I have in the works, one that is more involved, and one I've needed for a long time now.
