Level-Up Foundation Repair

They took my money.

Warning! Hire no one! I hired them for foundation repair. The owner came out and gave a bid for a certain amount of work and then provided that in the contract. The contract is specific to the requests and expectations. The company owner then told the contractors he hired to do something else, and when the contractors told them what was really needed, he told them not to do it. Now it is impossible to get a hold of them. After the initial 50% down, he then asked for me to write a check for the rest to pay when done with the job. Then he asked me to make a check payable to the owner instead of to the business. If you decide to use them, pay them with a credit card for the initial payment so that you are able to dispute charges when they do not complete the job. In addition to this, he did not pay the contractors he hired to do the job. He stopped answering their calls too. Do not use them! They will scam you.

Level-Up has shown not to be trustworthy. Following payment of half the project fees upfront, they abandoned the project in a half-completed state leaving a dug-up yard, unrepaired wall and requiring that I hire a new firm to complete the project and repair the damage they had done. Level-Up was hired for a repair project on my lake wall. The project included digging out the ground around the wall, repairing the wall and then replacing and leveling the ground. After digging up the yard, the project team stopped showing up. After numerous calls both Ray and Cody assured me that the project team would be back tomorrow or next Monday. This went on for close to three months with a crew only ever arriving once and performing minimal repair on my yard which was not the original project. At this point I am pursuing avenues to recover my deposit.

I would give negative stars if I could. We hired them and put down a 50% deposit. They came out and did the kitchen backsplash which was about $600 worth of work - but we paid them $5,250.00. They kept making excuses about coming out and finishing the job and now we cannot get ahold of them. BEWARE! Do not hire these people.

We hired this company to initially do foundation repair. I had been in contact with other companies as well. Ray K came out and said that he would also take care of the plumbing which needed an overhaul and that some plumbing issues may happen when the house was re-leveled. He took our deposit in January and never completed the project. We contacted him several times, and he made several promises but never did the job. We asked for the deposit back and he said he did not have the money. Stay away from this company

Did a great job on leveling out my home, which is a big plus for me considering it was in bad shape and I didn't think it was possible. Great job on all aspects of this company.

This business owner, Ray K, and his wife Daniel are a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They bid low on projects and did not even assess the situation completely he asked for 50% downpayment and we were stuck with him because we paid him. He still owed us at least $3000 which he said he planned to pay but he has not paid. He promised to complete the demo work within 3 days and he did not finish the demo work for over 1 month. He sent his team to work for less than 2 days on our job during more than 1 month period. Ray himself never showed up on my worksite after his team started the work. He had a team of 4 contractors and he sent them to each of the projects for a couple of hours in a week to keep customers happy but he would not complete your project. I believe his team also quit on him now. We fired him because he did not finish the demolition work after 1 month of back and forth and delayed our other construction project and leaks in our house because of the mess he and his team created. I trusted the Home advisor website reviews to select him but now I know I should not trust the Homeadvisor website because of this horrible experience

Level up did an awesome job of fixing my mothers foundation we had quotes from four different companies we chose to go with level up because he explained everything to us and knew exactly what was needed to fix the problems. she is very happy with the work that they completed

Very knowledgeable company, they came out. And fixed my foundation. I can actually walk straight down my hallway. I would highly recommend this company.

This company fixed my sagging floor and put in additional piers and replaced shims with my foundation. The only reason I didnâ t give them 5 stars is because they had to reschedule a couple of times before they made it out. Iâ d recommend them!
