Anthony demonstrated stellar product knowledge and was a great advocate for me with my insurance company. Anthony Wallace and the entire Leverage roofing staff were very professional to work with. Leverage Roofing and the man we dealt with - Hunter Mullis were outstanding. Our house is on the beach, our old roof was at the end of its useful life and was letting bats settle in our house, and we needed a new roof and we needed it fast. We rent the house and we needed Leverage to schedule the work in February and March around the dates when renters would be using the house. We also needed them to work closely with the company removing the bats and the evidence the bats had been living in our house for a while. Several people recommended Leverage and we owe them - they were honest and great to work with, they accommodated our schedule, and they did a great job. I recommend them to anyone in the Litchfield/Murrell's Inlet/Garden City/Surfside Beach/Conway/all the way down to Pawley's Island area.

Leverage Roofing us one of the most honest and reputable roofing business in this area. We recently had the do our roof and was very happy with the outcome. The Rep we dealt with Sonny, was a true gentleman. He supervised the work and went up on the roof after completion. They did our roof the date that was set. They were very careful, protected our home, cleaned up the debris and made sure there were no nails on our property. Sonny was kind, professional and and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or close friend.

They were to install the leaf guard but when we noticed a few days later we discovered they never put the leaf guard on but I had already paid the bill in full so I had paid for the leaf guard. I immediately called the salesperson, David, said he would come right over and look at them. He said he thought sure they had installed the leaf guard, if not, they should have. He came shortly and said he could see they had not done it because he did not see any screws or bolt up there to hold them in place. He said they would either come the next day or the next. Then he called and said they would come the following week. They finally came but I did not even know they were there, I never saw them until they were leaving. Had my son not noticed they were not there I doubt if they would ever have been there. When the other workers were here replacing the facia board they broke one of the floodlights and David said he would replace that but, to my knowledge, it has never been replaced.

I had a leak between the gutters and the house. After contacting the office, they sent 2 workers who added clamps and caulking.

Iâ m happy with the quality all around - from written estimate to finished installation. In a place where contractors advertise for business, then donâ t bother to show up, the experience with Leverage Roofing was a pleasant surprise. I plan to have them install a new roof in two years because they did such a great job installing new gutters and downspouts on my house.
