Louis Levine founded Levine & Sons in 1927. From his belief in giving his customers the red carpet treatment, he laid the foundation for how Levine & Sons is run today. Louis belief in the golden rule treating people how he wanted to be treated led the company to offer clean, quality, timely service at a fair price. Tom, Louis son, joined the company when he was just 16 years old. His father schooled him in not only the technical aspects of his work, but also the necessity of respecting the customer. Tom took what he learned from his father to heart and applied excellent customer service skills early, carrying on his fathers tradition of reliability and establishing trust with every customer. Tom measures success not by the number of new customers serviced, but rather by the quality of service provided for existing customers. So incredibly disappointed in the customer service of Levine and Sons. I called regarding issues with a past service and got on the line with what I THOUGHT was a person. After struggling for a while with the "person" on the phone, it revealed it was AI or a "digital assistant" as it called itself. The AI was completely unable help me and I finally got put through to a real human being. However, that human was from a third party answering service and not the company. After even more struggling, I finally was able to get access to a human who actually worked for the company and was able to help me. This is absolutely ridiculous that I had to go through such a process just to get a human who could help me fix an issue that Levine and Sons caused. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Levine and Sons due to the way they have prioritized the use of AI over the humanity of their customers and workers. So disappointed.

Would never use again. Not a good value. I'm $700 deep in costs - across 3 visits and still do not have answers or full functioning of my furnace. They do not apply the $89 visit fee to repairs, they do not hold up their warranties on their work if issues arise within less than 30 days.

Service technician, Bruce, was very knowledgeable and did the repair satisfactorily. I think, this project should not cost this much, based on competitive bids I received. This company is a bit pricy. If you don’t mind to pay more for excellent job then go for their services for your project. They charge you for service call, even if you end up contracting them for the job.

Cost of project for installation of Gas Line for Cooktop Stove more than I originally thought it might be but, I was most confident with staff from Levine & Sons than I was from others that Had bid on job. Service Tech Mike and his two partners were very prompt and professional with the work they completed in a very efficient manner.

Hum after talking with the service person and not wanting to deal with a return visit I asked the service person if he could do the repairs. I must say that I was shocked at the cost. That was the only draw back was the cost of the repairs. Wow- Ooch!
