Holiday Lighting - Add or Remove

Mr. Lewellen did not show up or call for our first consultation. I had to contact him questioning whether he was still available. After rescheduling a few times, it took four visits to my home before my Christmas lights were installed. Due to miscommunication, I did not receive all of the lights I was initially expecting. It is January 6th, and I still have not heard from Mr. Lewellen concerning removing the lights. Mr. Lewellen is a very nice and respectable man, very easy to get along with; he is just not a professional, dependable business man.
