"Customers air conditioner covering the bedroom areas was not functional. Customer requested help through Home Advisors. Lewis Companies, LLC, always aims to deliver prompt service and with weekend kicking off, we could not allow customer to stay without AC over the weekend. We arrived promptly at the time we had promised and did a courtesy diagnosis and recognized the problem to be the capacitor. Our Technicians carry certain frequently used parts and we were able to change the capacitor efficiently and got the customer up and running within a short period of time. We charged the customer our usual fair price and gave a new customer discount which we promise all our customers.
