He did not do what he said he did. He was to put an exhaust vent in my shower and vent it out. My husband was up in the attic and he saw the vent is not vented out. The hose is just laying in the attic. But he did goes as far as putting the appearance of an outside vent. But it looks only. He put up 2 out side lights that do work. Oh and the power is hooked up to the vent but did for looks only.

One of my rental homes needed electrical attention before an inspector would agree to come in. It was an emergency situation and Matt was very helpful. I originally called him after hours and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to talk to him. He patiently listed to my situation and came the next day first thing in the morning. He performed the requested work I needed. Then, worked a miracle and managed to bring the inspector the same day. Not only that, but he also called Duke Energy so that they would turn the power on the same day. I was very impressed with how reliable, honest, and prompt Matt was, and all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call again if I am in need!

He didn't know how set the remotes to work on separate channels. Now both remotes operate both fans. We cannot operate them separately. I would have given a five star rating otherwise

He knows what he is doing, does it well, and is a nice guy to boot!

Quoted me $1,200 for running 3 wires to the kitchen and putting in an outlet. Wiring an existing outlet, and putting our existing dishwasher on one of the newly run circuits. Also included in the job was converting our stairway light to a 3way switch at the top and bottom. We had a ceiling fan on a switch in the bedroom and wanted a switch to control it from the other side of the room as well. The electrician cut 6 holes in the walls and ceiling to hook the bedroom fan to the additional 3way switch, and two holes in the stairway to hook that up. Each switch plate had drywall damage around the edges. After the job was completed I asked him if he was willing to repair the holes in the walls and he laughed and said "Not for $1,200 dollars." So I was left to repair the holes and the damage around four switch plates. He left me the four inch of dry wall but took the under laying four inch disk shiplap wood that I needed for the repair. After three days telling me he would drop them off snd not showing up I called him on Friday and he told me "Monday, I would come to repair the holes at no charge." Needless to say, he never showed up.

Top job good work and timely.

He came on time, he charged what he quoted, and he cleaned up after. Cannot ask more than that!
