Chris was a real professional, working to mount my TV within extreme limits, 2.5 inches, total, top to bottom. He totally nailed it.

Our big screen tv's were installed by Chris. If I were to say he was outstanding, even that wouldn't be enough. He was beyond outstanding! We called them the morning we needed them up and he had them up that evening. We made him wait a considerable amount of time (as we had an urgent errand to run at the time) and his attitude was, "much better for me to wait for you, than you wait on me! It's no problem, take your time!" I absolutely loved that attitude! Customer service was outstanding from Chris and Fatima (the one who coordinated everything)! The job that Chris did was tremendous! We will DEFINITELY use them again in the very near future (we didn't do all of our tv's at this time) and would definitely refer them to anyone needing big screen tv's installed! If we could give them even higher marks than "5's" we would. Their service is just that good! We could not be happier with the business, and customer service that we received! Chris is the real deal, and we even enjoyed the conversation with him while he was here! Tremendous experience!!!

These folks did a great job of first communicating, updating status, advising about the best way forward, and completing a quality job. I was very impressed with the overall experience. I had an unusual situation and they found a way to get the correct mount, install it and make it look great. I still have some clean up work when we switch to Direct TV which they said they would be back to do...I believe them! Also I thought the price was more than fair and I am so glad I did not try to tackle something this complicated myself...worth every penny and more. Oh...one more thing...they used booties and cleaned up as if it were their own home.
