I called Lewis twice, once in May to fix my under-counter kitchen sink that he said he could not do. Secondly, I called him again on 7/30/17 only because I had forgotten who he was, in order to finish taking out my old kitchen faucet and install a new one that I had bought. He removed the remainder of the old kitchen faucet with an electric saw that took him less than 5 minutes. When he began installing the new faucet, he quickly began getting frustrated at the time it was taking him to finish the job. He noticed the brand of faucet it was and said that it was going to be one of those days when things never go right. He connected the intake hose to the faucet and then couldn't get it disconnected. At that point, he said, "I'm done". He charged me $110.00 after reducing it from $125.00 for an incomplete job. He was more worried about rush hour traffic and the other two jobs that he had to do rather than doing my job correctly and finishing it. I had to go and buy a new faucet because I couldn't use the old one after he connected the intake hose incorrectly and I installed the new faucet myself. I called him the second time because of the great reviews he's gotten on here but when I opened the door and saw it was him I wasn't too confident that he would be able to do the job and he proved me right. I certainly won't forget him for next time.

Again, the above "sour grapes" review is simply false."

He was friendly, he cleaned up any mess he made, he didnt take a long time to make the repair. He suggested additional\ preventative work and charged a fair price, he was here in about 30 minutes after I originally called him..He called me after I sent Home Advisor my info immediately. The ONLY reason I gave 3.5 stars for price is that I am a single woman with not alot of extra income..I did think his price was fair however especially because it was a Sunday that I needed a plumber. I am VERY grateful for the associate at Home Depot for suggesting Home Advisor because I called everyone I knew to refer a plumber and those that I called never called me back.I am grateful for Home Advisor for having quality craftsmen referrals.
