Repairman arrived within an hour as promised, important when the AC is out and it's almost 100F outside. Immediatly found the problem, then checked the system for any other issues. Found a few and took care of them. Did all this after being informed by our ChoiceHomeWarranty contact that their represenative would be out in 5 days to "evaluate" the problem. Rather than waiting to be cooked, I called Truesdell. Problem solved one hour and 40 minutes after contacting them.

On the hottest day so far, they came within 3 hours of my requesting service on Home Advisor. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently with no attempted upselling. Excellent service.

Both Lewis (owner) and Mike (technician) were timely, professional, and personable. I received a response to my inquiry within 10 minutes and the quote and work was completed timely the following morning. Lewis even allowed my to remit payment via phone once I realized my wife had taken my wallet to go to the grocery store. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely hire again!

My mind was blown at how fast I received a response from Lewis, being that I put in my request early in the a.m. when most people are sleep. I hadn't clicked off the site before my phone rang, A1 on response time. Lewis was very cordial and was able to get to me quickly. Being that I was at work and only my teenage daughters would be home, he assured me that I could trust his tech and that the girls as well as myself would have nothing to worry about. I explained to him I would be on the ph with one of my daughters when he arrived and that was not a problem plus that was the only way my daughter was going to answer the door. His tech showed up early, always a plus. I have cameras all over my house so I was able to see and hear the interaction, and I must say, the tech was very nice and informative and put any anxieties my daughter may have had at ease. He even explained what was going as if she was paying for it lol. Being that I was at work both Lewis and the tech kept me in the loop and made sure I was quoted a price and agreed upon it before starting work. I almost fainted when I heard the quote because I was expecting a whole lot worse. This is one company that I see that would like to be paid for an honest days work but is not trying to get rich all at once off of one customer. If I had to nit pick over anything, it would just be how the wiring is exposed and sticking out of the top of the fan cover. It's capped off great and I don't see any issues from heavy rains. It's just a bit of an eye sore and not the way my A/C unit looked before. My house feels better though! Even rooms that used to never quite get cooled feel great now. I have already locked their number in my phone and I suggest you do too! If you want quick honest reliable service, give Truesdell Total Equipment Care a call!!!

Truesdell Installed Evaporator coil for my AC unit that was leaking Freon. The technician came on time (9.15 am) as promised and completed the job in 3 hrs! He demonstrated very high level of knowledge and knew what he was doing. The president/ owner of Truesdell Mr. Williams is a true gentleman who made a point to call me before and after installation. It has been 3 days ever since they installed the coil and I have received calls from the technician as well as the owner Mr. Williams to find out everything is working smoothly or not. The best thing about this organization is that you get to talk to the owner directly who will help you in your HVAC needs. They earned my business already after I what went thru with larger organizations! Truesdell folks are reliable, reasonable and give top priority to the customer quality. If you have any issues please call the owner directly for immediate resolution. Thanks Mr. Williams got taking care of my needs during this pandemic event and a mini recession.

They were timely, efficient, friendly, and responsive. Jeff diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. Found the one and only compressor fan motor in Harris County that would work with our system. Repairs were done quickly and he double checked everything out. A/C working great now!
