"Ma'am we did wright down on our paper work and the card we gave to you exactly what you asked us to do and the quote for the job. We did everything you asked us to do and we took before and after pictures and when we were done you started pulling more stuff out of other areas of the yard that was not discussed and expected us to take it away as well.
