About us
I prefer small manageable projects with quick turnaround times and more personal contact with clients. My fees are based on the Scope of Work (SOW) and vary if engineering is required (Structural, HVAC, Civil, Electrical). Most small, reasonably simple projects do not require extensive engineering and my insurance allows me to offer that service. I do not charge for initial contact nor determination of the scope of work (what we call programming) or a fee proposal.
