We have used them for years! It is such a relief to have a company you can call and know your problem will be fixed correctly and with a fair price. Brandon and Justin came over to fix a leak in the pop up drain. They were professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Not only did they fix the leak but also checked out other Sinks and toilets for me to make sure no other issues. Very impressed with their customer service and work. Will definitely use them again.

Water Heater Repair or Service
Matt and his partner as well as the company went above and beyond in completing a difficult attic install of my water heater. The company even honored the original price quoted for my water heater install even though it required a more expensive water heater and difficult install. The technicians were dedicated to pleasing the customer and did so with a positive and friendly attitude. I would hire them again.

Obviously, I am more than pleased with my first time and recent experience with Lexâ s Plumbing. It all started with Hala who was ever so personable when I set up the appointment. Hala is efficient, accommodating and ever so sensitive to someone lacking HOT water. Matt was my installer. Matt is a bundle of energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, knowledge, integrity and exudes attention to detail. Need I say more? KUDOS to Hala and Matt. What a team!

I mistakenly rated Lexs plumbing down. After reviewing my records the poor service was another company I called. Lexs plumbing did me fair and honest. Thier service is one of the best.

Your french drains were backing up due to debris on your roof and you were not charged anything for us coming to your house. We also reminded you on the phone before coming to your house (we were there within an hour of your call) that we may not be able to fix your problem. If you would like referrals to roofing companies or landscaping companies to clear those drains we would be happy to send them to you."

I used Home Advisor at around 9:00 am and had my new water heater installed by 6:00 pm the same day. The guys at Lex's Plumbing were very professional, courteous and fast. The price they quoted me upfront on the phone was the price I paid...there were no hidden costs. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience. Put the request in at 6:15 am and LEX's called me at 6:43 am! Scheduled a 10-12 time for the same day and they showed up at 9:45! Quoted price was the total price. I have no suggestions on how to improve...this is about as perfect as a service provider could be. Thank you and we will be using you again!

They uninstalled my toilets (3) and reinstalled them at a later date after I laid down tile. It was good team work. If the same person who took them off was busy they made sure someone came that day to put them back. Overall very pleased.
