This service was a Mother's Day present for my mom, and she loved it.

Mary did a great job- lots of attention to detail. However, I emailed and called- left a vm- and got no response either time from the company. Disappointed in poor business practice. They should confirm appointments which they did not with me!

We used this service for cleaning a home we purchased prior to moving in. Kim was the professional assigned to our project. She arrived on time, was very thorough and did an excellent job. She was personable and very diligent in her efforts.

Very easy to work with and if you have any focus areas, they note them for all future cleanings. They are also very accommodating with your schedule.

We have used Leza at two houses. Like many small business' they sometimes have had challenges attracting and retaining a great labor force. Regardless Leza has communicated right away if there were scheduling conflicts and she appears to consistently recruit quality individuals. We have been very pleased with the overall service and value. We have also used small one-person shops and national franchise maid services and would definitely recommend Leza B's.

I had biweekly cleaning using Becky. She did a very thorough job when cleaning and was very accommodating when I wanted other areas cleaned

Initially, the cleaning was very detailed and well done, and the office staff was very responsive, accommodating, and professional. As time went on, I had 3 different cleaners, plus another one who didn't show up, and some of the work seemed to be rushed. I know that there has been some turnover in employees, but I ended up cancelling my cleanings because of the inconsistencies.

Hard working and good results but cost was more than expected.
