Dishonest company that is not willing to make good on their mistakes. They charged a premium to fix a leak in a condenser line at my house but it was not properly patched. Less than a year later my unit went out again. When I called them back to take a look, the same technician that made the initial patch pretended like it was a new leak and tried charging me again to fix his patch! I went into the office and tried to work it out with ownership - one person said they would, "make it right," but then another partner, Dillard, texted me later and refused to fix it or issue me a refund. They also said it was necessary to discard and refill all of my refrigerant last year which I came to find out was not necessary at all.
