Mark Buzzard is the owner and I signed up for whole house audio/video system with state-of-the art media room. It was more than 20K project back in 2018. He sold Control4 based system to me saying that it was the best though he did not know that Control4 does not work with Sony receivers well. Ever since installation, there were tons of issues that his office initially provided warranty service. It was all problems since installation and though his office technicians acknowledged at some point in 2022 that Sony does not work well with Control and the model of the amplifiers/receivers he sold me were problematic, Mark would not take responsibility. On top of it, the watt-box power regulator failed after just 4 years in 2022 and Mark and his office would not take responsibility for fixing it though the manufacturer offers 5 year warranty. He treated me badly for questioning his office on their lack of service. This is a shady company that tests products with customers like me and refuses to take responsibility for fixing things - forget about acknowledging the pains and trauma caused by installing wrong systems after spending so much money. Due to Mark's inferior understanding of how things work and lack of customer service, I am left with systems that don't really work as expected for ever (unless I replace the Sony systems or the Control4 whole house amplifier).

My friends recommend Liberty Bell to me. One of the two technicians who came out was not professional in his behavior, has a temper and wants to go back to the office. They take too long to do the work and only some were completed.
