good overall work

I was looking to have carpet installed quickly. Mark had the carpet I liked in stock and scheduled me right away. The installers finished quickly and did a great job.

Liberty was very knowledgable and responsive. Kathy worked with me to select an appropriate carpet and to get our old carpet removed and new one installed on a very tight schedule. Their installers did an excellent job and were courteous and professional.

Were very responsive and their price was good.

Liberty Carpet owner, Mark, is wonderful - extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy! He has been in the carpet business for many, many years. Since I just spoke in person to Mark at the store for the first time yesterday, I cannot speak about the completed job at this point, but will try to follow up with comments.

Absolutely terrible. Went with them b/c they guaranteed early measurement/installation, but later called to reschedule due to warehouse issues; made it sound like they were doing us a favor in accomodating. Technicians didn't arrive until called due incorrect address the store neglected to change despite prior comments; damaged the paint job of one of our rooms. Hey misplaced due to inability to adhere to instructions, then lied about instructions heard. Unable to contact supervisor to issue formal complaint. Only redeeming factor was another lady who investigated issues promptly.

Mark the owner gave me some good advice on carpet selection. Chris the PM did'nt communicate as well. However they met all my time constrants and installed the carpet when I needed it done. The carpet looks great.

This job had to be finished by Nov. 1. I was told a carpet was in the stock so the carpet will be installed on Nov. 1. It was not so. . They lied to me that a carpet was in a stock. Kathy called me that a shipmet is delayed because of SANDY and couldn't install until November 6. Not only that they charged me a half of the cost on Oct. 30.

Kathy was awesome in working with me to find the color and type of prefinished wood that went with my home. She was thorough from the selection through the finished project. Nelson and his crew who installed the flooring were wonderful. Excellent craftsmanship and nice personalites. Floors look great and my family is very happy with them.

Sales person lacked coordination/communication-follow up attention. Installation was delayed due to the wrong color. Quality of products and installation service was superb, though. Workers did a thorough job!

The carpet ande homosote were laid in one days by a team of 5 men. I am very happy with the quickness and quality of the insstallation.
