Customer service was great and I was able to get an appointment quickly for a sewer line replacement. Unfortunately, the survey the contractor arranged for the day or two before the project did not identify the water supply line, which the crew accidentally broke during the project, and because I did not know where the water shutoff was, there was a lot of water that made for a lot of mud. I called the city water service, they came out and shut off the water, and the crew finished the job the same day, minus the exterior cleanout that they said they would install. Not a big deal since I have 3 in the basement, and it is nice not having to mow around a cleanout in the yard. The crew cleaned up much of the mud but because the rain was in the forecast they asked and I said ok to leaving mud on the sidewalks. The rain that did come was not a power wash, so I cleaned up the rest of the mess a few days later with a hose and brush.

They were great to work with. We ran into some minor problems but they spent the extra time to get everything right and seemed to be very customer oriented. I was very pleased.

They were on time and got the work done.

They are not reliable. Promised to arrive between 4 and 6 PM. I waited, but they did not show. Called the office to find out what was up, 1 1/2 hours later the promised return call did not come. I will look elsewhere.

They are a bit pricey but great customer service and quick and efficient repairs.
