they came out and gave me an estimate that was a little high, but they seemed professional. I explained that I needed the house raised 12 inches due to flooding. I gave them a $4000 They came out Doug some holes and then told they could not do the job for the price they tr. I have been fighting to get my down payment back with no success. They have completely ghosted me and treated me like crap. The employees that were at my house said that this is common with this company and they see it all of the time. I think they?re running a scam.

I am highly dissatisfied with Liberty Foundation Repair. I was quoted for a backyard drainage system on the east side of my property, which explicitly included connecting the sump pump to my electrical grid. However, during installation, the company informed me they don't employ electricians and forced me to hire a third-party contractor they recommended, paying him directly. The electrician they sent did a completely botched job. Every time it rains, the outlet he installed trips the breaker, shutting down the sump pump and leaving my yard flooded. Despite this being a direct result of their incomplete contract and recommendation, Liberty Foundation Repair refuses to pay for or correct the faulty electrical work. I am exposing this behavior because they refuse to take responsibility for the mess they created.

The owner, MJ, is extremely knowledgable and experienced. The experience was delightful from estimate to conclusion. The workers were respectful and competent. Highly recommend Liberty Foundation . Seriously, in this industry it is hard to find honest integrity
