Sam is very knowledgeable and did a great job finding and fixing the problem. We also discussed replacing furnace and a/c and he quoted me a good price. We also discussed problems I was having with 3 rooms not getting any air and replacing ductwork. Upon further inspection of the ductwork he noticed the ducts were closed by the furnace, so he opened them up and now the whole house is getting heat. He was great and I would recommend him to anyone.

Came to repair air conditioner on Thurs. Did part of the job. I called the next day but did not come back or call. I called Saturday and was told could not do work till Monday after 2:00. I waited and waited. I called at 6:00,7:00,8:00 and 9:00. Went straight to voice mail. Did leave messages each tone. Never ever got any call from him. Don t feel he intended to finish the job from the start. Absolutely no communication at all. And after I requested another contractor on HomeAdvisor website to complete the job he never finished, he had the freakin audacity to put in for an invite to do the job. Apparently this persons either stupid or thinks I am. WOW

This customer is half correct in their complaint. We did repair their A/C after normal business hours on a Friday evening since it was very hot out. Had to use the dryer breaker to power the A/C as a temporary fix until we could return with new breaker. We did not promise or tell her we were returning on any certain day but said we would as soon as time permitted. I had her contact information on my cell business phone which is how I conduct all my business. My phone incurred water damage on that Sunday and ruined my phone. I was stuck without a phone until that Wednesday when I then had to catch up on numerous missed calls and texts from my customers.

Sam gets the job done! We have had a few problems with our A/C and he came out for the repair work and to add Freon. He ran out of Freon and promised us he would return. Before he could return, our thermostat quit working. We called Sam in the afternoon and he assured us he would stop by and it would be late. He called and said he was on his way....true to his word, he arrived a few minutes before 9 pm. I think he is working about 12 to 14 hours a day to keep his customers cool. Sam is professional and has a great sense of humor....even at the end of the day! Samâ  s truck is supplied so you will not have to wait for him to go back to the office to pick up parts.

Sam did a great job in immediately identifying the problem with my furnace, and replaced the bad part. He came well after business hours and in bad weather, so that gives him more kudos than others who would not come out after 6pm.
