This is my 2nd time using Brian as an inspector. I previously hired him to do an 11 month warranty inspection on my new house and what I received was a very detailed and honest evaluation on the items needing to be corrected. Fast forward 8 months and have hired Brian to do a new inspection on a home I am looking to purchase. Again, knowing his work ethic and integrity, I was more than happy to extend the invite to do this inspection. As expected on an older home, Brian did find items that needed to be addressed and we talked through the report. He isn't an alarmist by any means, he will just tell you what needs to be fixed, replace or just watched. I like the even cadence he so easily achieves. Makes a future buyer less frantic, even if there are red flags. I recommend Brian for any home inspection, he is very reasonable for charges, very professional and super easy to talk with. I have no concerns moving forward with our list to the sellers with what needs to be fixed in the home. Thank you Brian, I'm sure we will be seeing you in the future.

Brian showed up on time and was very thorough in his work. He would call me over when he found something unusual or not to code. His inspection results were critical in my decision on whether to purchase the house. As an investor, I will call on Brian again when I need a professional inspector.
