I felt they were honest from the start. Had frequent experience with brand of furnace and came in below another company on their quote. The other company asked for a chance to match their price and I said no. If you do not give a fair and honest estimate to begin with then I do not wish to deal with them.

I needed a 15' natural gas extension to a new generator, called Bret on Wednesday PM. He gave me an estimate based on my description, told me his rates and said he could do the job Friday. The job was done correctly by noon Friday, and charges were well below his estimate. Courteous, punctual and fair...great job.

Totally professional, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Brett not only took on the job of replacing a tank water heater with a tankless one, he found our clothes dryer hose had come disconnected. He found unlabled circuit breakers for late construction changes to tie the tankless water heater into. He and his assistant, who was also very outgoing and thorough, had to remove storage boxes off a high garage shelf to run new exhaust and intake pipes. They totally cleaned up any debris after finishing and took the old heater and debris to the landfill. They kept us informed the whole day and completely schooled us on the care and maintenance of the heater. He also set up the data for the warranty registration. Would we recommend Liberty Mechanical to anyone needing them? You Bet! I will also let my neighbors know since their homes were built in 2007-2010. We can't find words to describe the ultimate service we experienced.

I am 100% satisfied with his work. He is amazing. He does the mechanical end of the HVAC, runs duct work, venting etc.
