Ted just came out yesterday so I guess I dont know yet if what they do works but I can give this high rating just based on great customer service and professionalism. Ted gave me a quote over the phone for their services and we chose the 4 times a year plan. This seemed very economical to us and since I hate any bugs in my house well worth any price. Ted then came out on the day he said he would and did the spraying. Had a good conversation with him via text about what to expect and what he would do if we didnt see an improvement. I like hiring people that stand behind their product and do their job with professionalism. I dont think you can go wrong going with Liberty!
