We called them on a Sunday morning and they came later that day. There were two guys, clean and professional and installed our new hot water heater. We were very pleased!

I appreciated all phone calls being returned right away! I always appreciated that I was listened to about what I wanted the outcome of my water problems....my water is now clear instead of white!

I am sorry, I cannot and will not recommend this contractor. It appears he took our money, subcontracted the job and did not pay the subcontractor. Liberty Plumbing did not do a single thing on our project but take the money. The job is not quite complete yet, and has been paid about 75%. The subcontractor (JEFF - I WOULD RECOMMEND), and the Contractor (Jared - Liberty Plumbing - do not recommend) were arguing over the phone in our house in front of the customer - my wife. No way to run a business. According to Jeff, he has yet to be paid, and he has done all the work so far.

The work was unsatisfactory. The workers had to leave my house twice for parts. They were not prepared. They also left soot all over my floors. When we inspected the replaced pipe it was leaking. We called them and they did send someone out the next day and resolved this issue.

Did the job efficiently, cleaned up well. I haven't had water in the basement since the sump pump was installed. Depends on heavy rain and had one heavy rain since the installation. I had new tile in the basement, wish they had put a tarp down to put the dirt and concrete on...floor doesn't look as new in that area. They did miss the first date they set with me - I think the July 4th holiday threw them off - not a big deal for us.

We were very frustrated and unhappy with the job Liberty did for us. The initial service call to reseat a toilet revealed a deeper problem--fine, but then we were charged an additional service call for the new problem, beyond the hourly rate. Communication among the various plumbers was poor, and one plumber was left behind to try to finish a job that really required two people, and he couldn't handle it on his own. The repair was left undone over the weekend and when we called Liberty it took several more days to get them back; then their "fix" didn't work and yet another fix to the "fix" was attempted. We're NOT using Liberty again!

they came out on Sunday to see if it could be repaired. It had to be replaced so they returned first thing Monday morning. Very professional and took care or my problem as soon as they could.

Did a great and timely job for us.

Liberty was very responsive. As a matter of fact, they contact me before I had an opportunity to call them. They identified other issues that were not a part of this service call which was very helpful in maintaining my property. I would recommend them to other people.

The gentleman arrived on time as agreed upon and did an excellent job. He was very friendly and professiional despite the many hours he had been plowing snow that day. He also was curteous enough to plow a path thru the snow down our street, since the county maintenance crews appeared to have forgotten about our neighborhood. I would not hesitate to use Liberty Plumbing again and reccommend their service.

Didn't realize how bad the shower valve was, until Liberty came out to fix it. They arrived a few hours after the initial call (great timing!), and promptly got to work. What should have been 15 minutes of work took over an hour to do. They held to their estimate cost, even with the added time. Very satisfied customer!

Very professioinal. So far the repair has been successful. Theyt were very honest and actually reduced my estimate by several hundred dollars. This was a great referral and I now have a regular plumber as situations occur with my rental property.

Liberty did a goog job.

Liberty Plumbing did an exelent job in doing the work. They showed up promptly after being scheduled to do the job. They did do the work in a timely manner. The only fault was with a sump pump they installed,which did not work. They were called and promptly replaced it. I would recomend them to a friend and use them again.

Responded quickly and arranged the completion of a complicated job that otherwise took a competitor weeks to respond to. The workers were professional, honest and thorough. I will use them again without hesitation.

They did not have the part to complete the job, however I was told the part would arrive in two to four days. The part arrived in two days and was installed with no problems,. My wife is very happy with the job, I hired this company before and they will work to make you happy.

Great for replacing stollen copper pipes but were not very good at cleaning clogged drains that you had to snake out through the Main. The machine was not strong enough and they stopped when the clog was opened vs cleaning the entire line they had to come back 2 times and then I had to call rotor rudder and they did a great job for less money and did the camera.

We thought that they did a very good job. We had them out here to make sure tree roots didn't grow through our outside pipes. The camera showed different problems and I'm happy to say that they did NOT push repairs on us! They told us and showed us the problem and left it at that =). I hate the people who try to force you to do something that you have to make a quick decision on! The 2 men were very friendly and we asked them back a few days later to put a battery backup on our sump pump.They were again,very friendly.They even fixed a drip in my sink! We will use them again

They came the next day and cleared my driveway and sidewalk, even left me a bag of salt! Very nice, professional, and did a great job!

it was a very slow process. being without hot water for along time but they got started and everything went fine

TImely and professional Installation.

The poor quality of their work is beyond explanation and I wound paying more than the quote due to their errors - and also due to their errors 2 days after the job was finished my basement flooded and I had to have the city turn off my water - the contractor stated they would pay my neighbor to let me connect into their water until they could redo the work - they never did pay him
