Placed the boiler, it remained on constantly and they failed to come back for a week, then fixed half of it and went out of business without fulfilling the contract or the work. They now do not answer the phone and we will have to see what will happen in court. I don't know if they will ever be available but if so. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The young man was friendly and courteous. He did his job in the allotted time he said it would take and cleaned up when finished. We have had no problems

At first I was a little hesitant as they pushed my estimate back 2 days. But when they started I new I had picked the right guys. My firm wanted an updated Central AC system since we working with wall units (very unprofessional looking). They exceeded expectations although the time to completion was a little more than i though due to some unforeseen ductwork issues. Great guys. Great service. Tom is an absolute gentleman and professional! Thanks Guys!

I had called Liberty Plumbing for a leak in my kitchen sink drain. They were faster than I could have ever imagined and fixed the issue within a half an hour. Had a little bit of water damage in the basement underneath the sink that im choosing to put off but when I get around to it I will definitely have their carpenter crew do it!

He came and finished the job as scheduled.. There was a problem with the size of the opening of the sink, but the plumber solved it.

I was pleased with the job & the cost. However, when the rep left, I looked at the job again & found that there was a hole in the sink that had to have been made by something heavy & sharp being dropped. The man said, that can't be. I asked for someone to come ; look at it. He told me to take a picture of it!!

I requested Liberty plumbing to fulfill Waterworks obligation(warranty on labor and reimbursement of associated repair cost), a company they acquired in the summer of 2019. The request was refused. They claim that they only acquired the companys future revenue potential, but not liable for any obligation. I do not believe that should be the case for any acquisition (i.e. you only get the good part, but not the debt/obligation along with it.). At least, they merged on Homeadvisor account and all Waterworks link directs to Liberty Plumbing. I used the company called Waterworks Oct. 2018 to install the heat pump. First, the heat pump was incorrectly connected (heat and cold wiring were mixed). After several attempts, they figured the mistakes and got it fixed 2 weeks later and I did not have heat for the house while they were figuring out the issue. Second, this summer, the AC stop working in the middle of a hot day in July. Tried to reach for customer service and nobody answers the phone nor email for a few days. I had a third party fixed the issues (bad wiring that resulted in defective contractor and low refrigerant) . I have sent the invoice to them. They initially said that they would pay. But now, they got acquired by Liberty plumbing and contracting. Now, I have to consider legal actions to have them fulfill the warranty and get reimbursement for the repair over the summer. Will provide a further update as I move along the process.

Don't do business with this company. All they care about is the money and you can never get in touch with them after they have your money. They are not professional and do not back up their work.

I am very pleased with this company. Easy to deal with over the phone. Upon arrival, the workers were mindful about cleaning their shoes before entering, and did a good job removing and installing the new water heater. No damages, no issues, no problems. I definitely recommend this company and will do business with them again in the future.

I called Water Works to get a second opinion on a problem Roto-Rooter told me I had in my sewer drain. Water Works came out with a camera they inserted through the sewer pipe and told me I had no issue. Roto-Rooter told me I had roots and a split pipe. This company told me there was some swelling in the pipe which is common in old cast iron, but there was nothing that had to be fixed. They charged me NOTHING. I was appalled at Roto-Rooter and will send a scathing review about there service and trying to take advantage of a senior citizen, but I have nothing bu RAVE reviews for Water Works Plubming. Thank you John, for coming out and checking my Mom's sewer pipe. You were honest, thorough and understanding. I would DEFINITELY recommend you guys going forward.

John was a nice enough young man but did not appear to have a lot of experience. He did not notify us that he was turning the water back on and the upstairs faucet was never turned off resulting in flooding my upstairs bathroom to the point that I had water pouring out of the overhang and onto my outside walkway. They sent a send set of workers to complete the job. I was not provided with a written estimate although I had asked for one, I did not receive a final bill from the 2 men who came to finish the job. I was told that the office would email a final bill but that didnt happen either. When I called the office today to request they send it to I spoke with Rob and express my displeasure at what had happened and my concern that any residual water that might be left in the walls could result in mold. He HUNG up on me! They tried to charge me an additional $100 for a portion of the job we were told was part of the original estimate. OVERALL it was a terrible experience and would STRONGLY recommend NOT hiring them to do any work. YELP shows them with one star .

Quick response time for an emergency plumbing problem is key. The people from Water Works called me back quick, came to my house to assess the problem right away, and installed my new water heater the next morning.

All the mechanics were knowledgeable,respectfuland worked clean. Had full AC system installed....works great. Customer service was excellent...would defin recommend this company

They did not come up front when they looked at the job, said would be only $7893, they did the plumbing, Jacqueline the president gave me the price After they did the job they started to put the place back together she said it will cost me $8935 for restoration. No contract, i had to pay them before they start the job. They never finish the job to my satisfaction and I am holding the last payment of 2000.

Came on time, made suggestions, completed work.

These folks had a different service person frequently, and they did not coordinate. They assured me there were no leaks and system was filled neither was true. Took my money and ran.

The job so far is good the worker was great and professional. Didn't give a five star cause he didn't have parts in the truck and I had to wait a whole day for the job to get completed. Had to take the day off and loose a day's pay.
