Had to reschedule the first appointment due to a miscommunication. The communication issue was from a "new hire" in training at the company. Understandable. But the rescheduled appointment was on time and work as promised. They have accommodated me in my very odd work schedule. Plan to do another project with them in master bath soon.....

They were late on a bad weather day and did not call and let us know. I asked that they call ahead to get directions, they did not and were lost on a private ranch road that I needed to be working on if I had known that they would be here at 3:30pm not noon. Once here they knew what they were doing and exceeded expectations.

Andrew came out to a very unusual shower drain problem. Everyone else either didn't want to mess with it or told us we had to tear the shower out. He took the time to figure it out and ultimately fix the problem. Great job Andrew thanks for not giving up. When I first asked him what he thought about it he said I think I'm going to fix it and he did.Thanks again for the good work and fair cost.

Steve and his assistant tackled the installation of a WIFI contolled thermostat in my 120 year old house, in Ouray Colorado Tracing and replacing the thermostat wires and then hard wiring a 24 V rheostat in the wall adjacent to a 110V power source was an ingenious undertaking.....All turned out Perfect. And they left no messes for me to deal with.... I would strongly recommend this company for their expertise and quality of work performed. Steve also replaced old outdated interior sewer lines in basement same house 3 years ago, and did an outstanding replacement

Liberty Plumbing did a fantastic job at our house. They worked around our hectic schedule and provided prompt service. We had a broken shower handle with discontinued parts. Liberty went above and beyond to find the necessary parts. My family really appreciate Liberty's superior customer service. Their pricing was much cheaper than another company that gave us a quote. We will be using Liberty in the future and recommend them to friends.

They responded promptly to our request and came the same day to look over the project. They returned in the evening with a proposal. We felt that they were high on that but felt we would go ahead as we were unable to get anyone else to even look at it. They started promptly on the project, came back to do further work and then returned at times to work on it, however from the time they started and finished it was a month. I finally called them and asked that it be finished immediately. Were very disappointed that it took so long - I feel they had taken on too much work and were unable to finish in a timely manner. Their workmanship was great - no problems, but it would behoove them to be much more prompt with the finished product.

Plumbing issues are never something I really give much thought to, but when they happen, they require immediate attention. I walked out to my garage this morning to find my entire garage covered in water and smelling like sewage. Honestly I had no idea even where to begin, all I could see was the potential damage from water and the stench of waste. I called Liberty and they were to my house in under an hour. Steven was very knowledgeable and had the problem under control in no time at all. In addition, he even noticed an additional problem with my water heaters expansion tank and was quick to point it out, saving me hundreds of dollars on replacing it. I am very thankful that Liberty was there, my stress levels were through the roof and now everything is good again. I highly recommend this company; it is not very often that you can be completely happy with the service provided. Today I am very happy and back to my normal life. Thanks again Steven.
