I would recommend anyone desiring to hire them make sure you get a full detailed quote. What he told me was not what happened therefore I thought the quote was too high. A bit disappointed as it was a typical sales talk rather than truth. He advised me that his price was higher than the others because he needed to hire at least four dump trucks to haul the contaminated soil away and bring in new soil. Since no dump trucks were necessary I requested a revised estimate. He claimed he told me that if needed it would be extra which was not true. I was happy that the contractor had an Engineer pull the permits to ensure the project was up code and was able to keep the project on my property line. Overall, the job is done and got approved by the county however I have learned my lesson to not listen to what is said but to request a detailed price quote.
