Hello, my name is Jeff and I am your "Next Level" home inspector serving the entire East Texas area. So you may be asking "What makes Proinspect different from other inspection companies"? Simply put you're getting a more thorough inspection and more "bang for you buck" with our "Next level" home inspection. With a Next Level inspection you are getting not just the same basic home inspection other inspectors offer. You will also be provided a FREE wood destroying insect (WDI/Termite) inspection with your home inspection. I also utilize "next level" technology for a more thorough inspection. As a certified residential thermographer I provide you with infrared imagery often finding problems that are not always visible with the naked eye. When needed I also utilize an aerial drone for inaccessible roofs, crawl space inspection robotics for inaccessible or dangerous crawl spaces and an underwater drone for swimming pool inspection. Septic, sprinkler and well inspections are also available.
