I wanted to replace my torch down roof with a metal roof. I selected Lich LLC to perform this work. I’m very pleased with my choice! Lich LLC Owner David Lichtenstein came to my house to write up the estimate. He was prompt and friendly during his visit. I was convinced to hire Lich LLC because this business specializes in metal roofs, David was going to perform and supervise the work and the quote was reasonable. I was impressed that David encouraged me to get quotes from other roofers. He also did not pressure me to hire him. The workmanship by David and his workers was excellent. I appreciated their attention to detail and efforts to install a roof that was aesthetically pleasing. I was also happy that they emphasized doing a quality job over trying to get the work done quickly. David and his workers conducted themselves professionally. They started work on the day and time David said they would start. They worked during normal work hours (7:30 am to 5 pm) and cleaned up the premises at the end of each workday. David also gave me daily updates on work progress. Overall, having Lich LLC replace my old roof with a new one was truly a stress-free experience. I highly recommend them!
