Water Treatment & Purification System Installation and Replacement
Company installed the water filter, and started leaking 1 day after installation which set off an alarm to alert me. Now I am leaving messages for him- left them for him 3 days ago before I left town, with no response and have tried to reach him since returning home again and still no response. Just being able to leave messages. My wife was at my home the entire time I was out of town.

"Mr. Scott G, Please excuse our service technician that installed that system for you. We were told that he had gotten a call as soon as he left and came back to fix any leaks. However, the leak did continue the following day and you could not get a hold of him due to technical reasons. Our Corporate number is (855) 206-0538 & wish you would of had it at the time of Installation. Please give us a call and we would be more then glad to compensate for this situation with: *Complimentary filter change including filters. -Life Filtration, Inc."

Excellent experience! Chosen via HomeAdvisor website, I met with Mr. Alejandro Rodriguez Jr who was a very affable young man and a consummate professional. Having an outdated water filtration system, this young man inspired trust and support, giving me a few options for repair or replace my broken system. I chose the newest water filtration system and thank Mr. Rodriguez and his family business for their support and guidance! Kudos, I recommend them highly!

This is a family and friends business that I found on Home Advisor when my old service provider appeared to have gone out of business, My interaction by phone and in person was with Alejandro Rodriquez, Jr. He was extremely polite and nice young man. He was very neat and cooperative when I told him of past experience with leakage. He tested for leaks and water quality in addition to changing my filters. He was on time. He left me a brochure with other products. I would recommend him.
